Educational and cultural programme

The Festival de Marseille is committed to giving children access to dance, music and theatre performances both during and outside of school time.

The Festival offers three mediation sessions and workshops to raise awareness of dance, theatre and et contemporary performance among young people at all levels of education (elementary, secondary, apprenticeship schemes, and university).

Run by the Crisis collective, the 2018-2019 educational programme deals with the way the young people of Marseille inhabit the world, exploring their realities, their convictions, and their preconceptions. Via dance and theatre techniques, participants explore their imagination in order to create a single, constantly changing collective.
