To what extent does their resemblance to one another influence their individuality and the way they perceive their own bodies? On stage, by exploring their physical similarities and differences, the duo confronts us with the “familiar strangeness" that the Other—their double—represents. The result is a moment of interaction and exchange between two individuals: a unique connection based on a special relationship between two brothers, one of whom is disabled. In sensitive, light-hearted communion, they lay bare their feelings, their doubts, their respective realities, and the issues they both have to cope with.

Une tentative presque comme une autre
Clément et Guillaume Papachristou
Marseille
Clément and Guillaume are twins. One is an able-bodied actor; the other has been disabled since birth. With the help of the audience, they test each other, dance with each other, and communicate in a theatrical and choreographic performance that questions notions of duality and otherness.
