Corbeaux

Traces

Premiere installation

Coproduction

Marrakech l durée 15’

Based on intense moments from Corbeaux, a trance-like performance by women, this video installation offers new perspectives on the original piece, suggesting new poetic and visual avenues to explore.

They are artists, musicians, dancers, singers. By filming the dancers who performed Corbeaux, Moroccan choreographer Bouchra Ouizguen invites us to listen to words, songs, fleeting moments, unique stories rooted in the past yet anchored in the present, that do not appear in the performance. With this video installation she returns to the source of Corbeaux, revealing what was not visible in the show and allowing new images to emerge. This installation encourages the viewer to explore new avenues of interpretation.
