Follow Rope

Rope is a rope 60 metres long and 30 cm wide. Made far too big to be useful, this extraordinary object, both concrete and utopian, travels the world with artist Ief Spincemaille, seeking to integrate into our daily lives and to imagine new ways in which people and things can coexist.

After crossing Marseille during the 2021 summer, Rope left behind 11 metres of its huge body to continue exploring the city until 2023. Find on this page its Marseilles adventures!
