Workshop with Daniel Linehan

Daniel Linehan invites you to explore a range of dance practices inspired by his new work. This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with the foundations of the moving body: breathing, sensing, turning, relating to gravity and with others through touch. You will explore the natural fluidity of movement as a source of strength and expression. By observing the energy that flows within you, you will discover new ways of moving—and perhaps also of being.
