When a French music producer in exile in the Tunisian desert met an Iranian-born artist living in Paris, creative sparks began to fly. For this, their second collaboration, the duo open up new sound spaces for a cosmic journey into the desert drawing on Berber and Sahraoui trance and exploring the deepest recesses of dub and electronica. It’s an immersive experience that sweeps you away, enters your body and submerges you in surging waves of sound. Azu Tiwaline and Cinna Peyghamy use traditional Persian acoustic percussion instruments and a modular electronic synthesiser to build an intense, continuous, hybrid musical journey.
